We're Kirby and Sarah, just a couple of amateur naturalists trying to make a difference. Birding, botanizing, sight-seeing, learning, traveling...we love to do it all. If it involves the exploration of nature, we're there. Sarah's origins are in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, while Kirby comes from the mountains of western Pennsylvania. We've been a team for six years now and we're currently based in Lansing, Michigan. This blog isn't the story of our lives, but it is the story of our travels in nature.
